SPONSORS
Research shows that including spiritual care as part of a comprehensive medical plan improves patient health outcomes and increases customer satisfaction scores. Together with their colleagues in health care, professional chaplains help patients heal spiritually, as well as mentally and physically. Moreover, professional chaplains provide much-needed pastoral care to their colleagues who deal with illness and loss on a daily basis.
Our success in advancing the overall quality of care through this event relies on partnerships with organizations that help support our work. Sponsorship of Spiritual Care Summit ’09 provides your organization with a number of valuable benefits, according to your sponsorship level. Please review the enclosed 2009 Sponsor Opportunities and the Agreement Form, and plan now to participate.
Spiritual Care Collaborative is a 501(c)3 organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
In addition to major sponsorships, individual contributions are needed to fund these numerous plans for the conference:
- Cyber café – Your gift of $3,000 will provide the rental/purchase of computers. In lieu of cash, computers may be donated by your organization and then re-gifted to a charity. Small flash drives with your hospital logos would be a great for this venue.
- The Fun Run –Sponsor the t-shirts with your organization logo for $2500. Local businesses can provide bottles of water and/or whole fruits and granola bars.
- The Memory Garden – Sponsor this space for reflection for $1000.
- Coffee Breaks – Showcase your organization name during scheduled coffee breaks for $2500.
- Promotional Products and Souvenirs - A variety of promotional items are needed for the conference in large quantities including note pads, pens, key chains, mugs and children’s souvenirs. All items may include organization logos.
No contribution is too small. Whether you personally can donate $100 or your institution can make a significant contribution – as over 16 hospitals, CPE centers and other institutions have – we would appreciate your help in making this unique event a huge success.
