Schedule
The complete conference schedule for Summit ’09 will be posted within the next few weeks when all event details receive final confirmation. The following will give you a general guide for marking your calendar until the complete schedule is available. Please plan to make your travel plans early once you confirm the schedule for the portions of the conference that you will be attending. Complete details will be offered on all events as they become available.
Plan to come early and stay late – enjoy all that Summit ’09 will have to offer and plan fun and recreation while enjoying the Disney Coronado Springs Resort.
Friday morning, January 30
Summit Golf Tournament
Friday – Sunday, January 30 – February 1
A variety of full-day and one-half day pre-conference workshops will be offered, including the meeting of the Racial/Ethnic/Multicultural Network of the ACPE. On Friday evening and Saturday, a unique pre-conference workshop will promote dialogue between spiritual care providers/counselors/educators and physicians and other healthcare providers to address various ways in which spiritual and medical providers can collaborate to create a continuum of care in today’s challenging healthcare environment.

Official Opening of the Summit '09
Wednesday, February 4 – 12:00 noon
Official Conference events end.
PLEASE NOTE: Events specific to each participating organization may be held prior to the official opening of the conference or following the conference. If you serve in a leadership position with any of these organizations, please consult with your association regarding the business schedule prior to booking your flights.
