Travel to Orlando
Please make your travel plans and secure your airline reservations early. The 2009 Super Bowl is being held in Tampa, Florida on February 1, 2009 and it is expected that as airline reservations become completely booked into Tampa that persons will utilize Orlando as the next closest airport.
Travel from the Airport to the Hotel
There are shuttles from the airport to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Disney transports thousands of people to their many destinations in Orlando at no cost. While they are very efficient, you may encounter lines as you reserve and wait for your shuttle. Please plan your airline flight accordingly if you plan to arrive just in time for a scheduled meeting. Those on tight schedule may also utilize taxis, however you should know your organizations reimbursement policy prior to choosing transportation other than the shuttle.
